| Here we are in our early 70’s, the two of us on the side with our old California friends
in the middle, still hiking and enjoying the out of doors. We simply would not be able to do
this without the help of Frank Lech who is keeping us in great shape. Frank is the

huge 5000 sq ft. gym loaded with every possible type of
machine, the gym is never close to being crowded. As such,
there is never a wait for a machine, nor is there any ever

was always important for someone like me who felt self-conscious
